Yao XianRotary + RTO Working Principle

             The Zeolite Wheel RTO operates through a "adsorption-desorption, cooling" three-zone cyclic process to concentrate waste gases. Initially, as the waste gases pass through the adsorption zone of the wheel, organic components are adsorbed into the pores. Subsequently, as the wheel rotates, the adsorbed and saturated pores move to the smaller desorption zone, where a low-flow hot air reverses the adsorption, releasing the concentrated waste gases. These gases then enter the regenerative thermal oxidizer for combustion, converting them into CO2 and H2O before being emitted, thereby completing the concentration process of high-volume, low-concentration organic waste gases. The desorption-free adsorbent carrier is transferred to the cooling zone, where it is cooled to room temperature by air, and then continues to the adsorption phase, repeating this continuous cycle.
