Yao XianRevolving Wheel + RTO Working Principle

             Zeolite Wheel RTO operates through a "adsorption-desorption-cooling" three-zone cyclic process to concentrate waste gases. Initially, as the waste gases pass through the adsorption zone of the wheel, organic components are adsorbed into the small pores. As the wheel rotates, the saturated pores move to a smaller desorption zone, where they are off-gassed with a low-volume hot air, releasing high-concentration waste gases. These gases then enter a regenerative thermal oxidizer for combustion, converting them into CO2 and H2O before being emitted. This completes the concentration process for large volumes of low-concentration organic waste gases. The clean adsorbent is transferred to the cooling zone, cooled by air to ambient temperature, and then continues to the adsorption stage, repeating the cycle.
