YaoXian Plastic Combustion Dust Collector Introduction

       The plastic fusing board dust collector is primarily suitable for applications with operating temperatures up to 70°C. Thanks to the unique sintered plate filter elements, it offers excellent performance. It can effectively capture dust particles larger than 0.1 micrometers, with a collection efficiency of up to 99.99% for particles larger than 1 micrometer, achieving a true zero emissions by releasing less than 1mg/m³. The plastic fusing board dust collector is resistant to water, oil, acids, alkalis, abrasion, and static electricity, with a service life of over 10 years. It is compact in structure, with a volume only about 1/3 of a baghouse dust collector.

       Dust-laden air flows through ventilation pipes into the central housing (dust box) as dust-laden gases pass over the exterior surface of the sintered plate. The dust is trapped and adsorbed on the coating of the sintered plate's exterior. Clean, filtered air then passes through the exterior surface of the sintered plate and into the clean air box before being exhausted through exhaust ducts. As the sintered plate is continuously used, dust on its exterior gradually accumulates. How is the sintered plate cleaned? By controlling the blower with an electronic control instrument, the system automatically selects the sintered plate to be cleaned, activates the spray valve, and injects compressed air into the interior of the sintered plate. This quickly blows away the accumulated dust on the sintered plate's exterior, which then falls into the hopper under the force of air flow and gravity, achieving the purpose of cleaning the sintered plate's surface dust.

(1) The plastic fume collector utilizes surface filtration, offering high dust removal efficiency. The dust concentration in the exhaust gas is typically below 10 mg/m³, and it also demonstrates good dust removal performance for fine particles.

(2) The pressure loss of the plastic fusing filter is stable. Initially, due to the dust not penetrating deeply into the plastic fusing plate, the pressure loss increases rapidly, but it quickly stabilizes.

(3) The dust removal filter elements of the plastic fume collector feature a rigid wavy porous structure, significantly enhancing the dust removal efficiency.

(4) Sintered plates are rigid and resistant to deformation. Their surfaces and voids are treated with fluorinated resin, making them suitable for handling dust with high moisture or oil content.

(5) Compact structure with minimal footprint, occupying only about 1/3 of the volume of traditional bag dust collectors.
