Yao XianWheel + RTO Working Principle

             Zeolite Wheel RTO operates through a "adsorption-desorption-cooling" three-zone cyclic process to concentrate waste gases. Initially, as the waste gases pass through the adsorption zone of the wheel, organic components are adsorbed into the pores. As the wheel rotates, the saturated pores move to the smaller desorption zone, where low-volume hot air blows off the high-concentration waste gases. These gases then enter a regenerative thermal oxidizer for combustion, converting them into CO2 and H2O before being emitted, thereby completing the concentration process of large-volume, low-concentration organic waste gases. The clean adsorbent carrier is then transferred to the cooling zone, cooled by air to ambient temperature, and continues to the adsorption stage, repeating this cycle continuously.
