Yao XianRoto + RTO Working Principle

             Zeolite Wheel RTO operates through a "adsorption-desorption-cooling" three-zone cyclic process to concentrate waste gases. Initially, as the waste gases pass through the adsorption zone of the wheel, organic components are adsorbed into the small pores. As the wheel rotates, the adsorbed, saturated pores move to the smaller desorption zone, where they are off-gassed by a low-flow hot air, producing high-concentration waste gases. These gases then enter a regenerative thermal oxidizer for combustion, converting them into CO2 and H2O before being emitted. This completes the concentration process for large volumes of low-concentration organic waste gases. The clean, desorbed adsorbent carrier moves to the cooling zone, where it is cooled to ambient temperature by air, and then continues to the adsorption stage, repeating the cycle.
