1.1Description:

Each setIgnition control box includes 3 ignition kits and 1 setFlame DetectionEquipment and necessary accessories.The ignition control box is placed near the equipment to be ignited, with all parts properly installed, enabling ignition monitoring functionality. This igniter is reliable for ignition and easy to install.The detector is only sensitive to flames, shows no response to light or high-temperature radiation from the furnace, and has strong anti-interference capabilities.

    1.2Composition

This ignition control box set consists of a protective housing and an igniter (including the igniter).Ignition rodHigh-pressure connection wires, flame detectors (including the detector, probe, and monitoring cable).

1.3Operation Steps

Connect the equipment's power lines, ensure they are correctly connected, then push the air switch up. The power indicator light on the control box panel will illuminate. At this point, remotely start the igniters; the corresponding igniters will ignite. The igniters should...PLC\DCSAbove, set the igniter duration (to prevent the igniter from reducing its lifespan or burning out due to prolonged continuous operation), and after turning on the igniter, remotely open the flame detection device again. The flame detector has been set to delay, and approximately3Seconds later, the system starts. When the flame detector detects flame, it uploads a fire signal; when it fails to detect flame, it uploads an extinguished signal and simultaneously activates the alarm buzzer on the control box panel.
