 FGYD-20 High-Energy Ignition Device, primarily used for automatic ignition of industrial burners in gas and oil industries, boasts reliable ignition, long lifespan, and features such as high-temperature resistance at the ignition end, anti-coking, and self-cleaning capability.

Section 3: Ignition Rods and Ignition Wires               

1.Front end material of the ignition rod: 2520 high temperature alloy; high temperature semiconductor material

2.Ignition rod outer diameter Φ16, installation thread M18×1.0

Ignition cables are specialized high-voltage cables, supplied in lengths according to customer requirements, but not exceeding 50 meters.

4. Installation and Wiring      

1.The ignition rod's firing end is mounted 30 to 50mm in front of the injector (gas) nozzle. This ignition rod is a new structure design, which does not require adjustment of the discharge distance.

2.This series of ignition devices consists of three parts: the housing, a dedicated high-voltage cable, and the ignition rod. To install, simply connect the ignition device housing and the ignition rod with the dedicated high-voltage cable, and the power supply is 220V AC.

3The ignition device must be properly grounded.

Section 6: Instructions for Use

1Connect the power supply, ignition cable, and ignition rod according to specifications.

2Plug in the power, the ignition will start; after successful ignition, turn off the power.

3.At ignition, the ignition device should be turned on first, followed by fuel (gas) ignition. Generally, the ignition time should not exceed 30 seconds.

4.When lighting, reduce the auxiliary combustion air and wait for the fire to ignite before gradually increasing the auxiliary combustion air.

5.Fuel should be well atomized; poor atomization quality affects the ignition success rate.

6.Ignition device should rest for 1 minute after operating for 30 seconds, to avoid continuous long-term use.
