详情描述
Automatic Ignition Control System
The boiler ignition system consists of a high-energy ignition device, an ultraviolet flame detector, a flame detection cooling air system, an ignition gun propulsion device, and a quick-closing valve. Among them, the high-energy ignition device and the ultraviolet flame detector are particularly important.
High-Energy Ignition Device
The boiler ignition system utilizes a high-energy ignition device, which is a low-voltage capacitor discharge unit. Its main structure consists of a high-energy igniter, a high-energy ignition gun, and a high-voltage屏蔽 ignition cable specifically designed for this purpose.
The working principle is AC power frequency.220vThe voltage is stepped up and rectified to convert it into pulsating direct current, which charges the storage capacitors. Once the capacitors are fully charged, the discharge current is transmitted through a discharge tube, an inductor, and a shielded cable to the semiconductor electrode of the ignition gun, forming a high-energy arc spark. When the ignition device stops operating, the remaining charge on the capacitor is discharged through a bleed resistor.
Ultraviolet Flame Detector
Ultraviolet flame detectors can continuously monitor the flames of various gas boilers over long periods, ensuring safety supervision for the boilers. The main structure consists of a probe and a processor, connected by a two-core twisted shielded cable. The working principle involves the probe of the ultraviolet flame detector being equipped with a quartz dust-proof lens, with the light signals emitted by the flame transmitted to the back of the probe.uvPhotocell, made byuvPhotodiodes complete the photoelectric conversion. Signal transmission between the probe and the processor is done via electrical current to enhance anti-interference capabilities, and it is transmitted to the processor through a two-core twisted shielded cable. The processor processes the signals received from the probe using a matching circuit, a Schmitt trigger, and a monostable trigger circuit, distinguishing between fire and no fire, and providing corresponding indications and outputs.
The boiler ignition system is primarily used to control the ignition operation of the boiler ignition equipment. It can achieve automatic ignition of the boiler.(Accept centralized control room programmed ignition commands)The system also allows for on-site single-step operation of the ignition equipment, and it feeds back the working positions and conditions of each unit device to the control room. The system consists of a programmed ignition control cabinet.(Programmable Logic ControllerplcControl cabinet)Location Ignition Control Cabinet(Relay Control Cabinet)High-energy ignition devices, flame detection equipment, and quick shut-off valves, etc., are composed.
