FZYQ-102Ultraviolet flame detectors are non-contact, portable flame monitoring devices. They are easy to use, flexible, highly sensitive, stable in performance, and safe and reliable. Suitable for flame monitoring in ovenizers, they can also be used for flame monitoring in industrial burners for gas and oil. These detectors are only sensitive to the generated ultraviolet radiation and do not react to light or high-temperature radiation from the furnace, making them highly resistant to interference.

V. Installation
1When making wire connections, open the cover of the control box and connect the power and control cables to the corresponding terminals as shown in the illustration above.
2Attach the cable of the ultraviolet sensor probe in sequence.2、3、4Terminal blocks, and secure tightly. Place the sensor probe in the appropriate position, ensuring it is not too close to the flame to avoid damaging the probe. The operating temperature of the probe should be less than80℃。
3If you need to send the monitor's statusDCSSystem, through8、9、10Terminal deliveredDCSSystem is ready.
4After connection is verified, plug in the power supply, turn on the ignition switch, the power indicator light illuminates, ignite a flame in front of the sensor using a lighter or other fire source, the flame indicator light illuminates; if no flame is detected, wait3Alarms within seconds. Indicates that the monitoring system is functioning properly and monitoring can be initiated.
Six, Cautionary Notes
1The ultraviolet flame detector is a non-contact flame monitoring system. During installation, please align the sensor probe with the flame and secure it tightly. Ensure proper heat dissipation; if installed on a burner, it must be ventilated and cooled.
2The UV sensor probe is equipped with a quartz protective glass at the front. After a period of use, if you find the sensitivity decreases or the flame cannot be detected, it may be due to dust covering the quartz glass. Please clean the sensor's quartz lens.
3If the quartz lens of the sensor is accidentally broken during installation or use, it cannot be replaced with a regular glass plate, as regular glass does not transmit the ultraviolet rays produced by flames. Please contact our company for configuration.
4Please handle the ultraviolet sensor gently during installation or movement to avoid damage.
