GYDQ-05 High-Energy IgniterPrimarily used for automatic ignition of gas and oil industrial burners and ground flare systems, featuring reliable ignition, long lifespan, and advantages such as high-temperature resistance at the ignition end, anti-coking properties, and self-cleaning capabilities.

Ignition Nozzle

Four. High-voltage Ignition Cable
1.Ignition-specific cable is a metal-shielded high-temperature, high-pressure cable, with length customized according to customer requirements, but not exceeding 80 meters.

V. Installation and Wiring
Holes are cut on the burner and threading is machined at the hole opening to match the ignition nozzle thread. Simply screw the nozzle in place. This ignition nozzle features a new design, requiring no adjustment of the sparking distance, and can withstand temperatures up to 1300 degrees Celsius for extended periods.
The ignition nozzle's firing end is mounted 30 to 50mm in front of the injector (gas) nozzle.
This series of igniters consists of three parts: the housing, a dedicated high-voltage ignition cable, and the ignition nozzle. To install, simply connect the ignition housing and nozzle with the dedicated high-voltage ignition cable, and the power supply is 220V AC.
VI. Usage
1.This igniter is a high-energy ignition device with a fire end that resists carbon buildup, thus users do not need to clean the fire end during operation and can use it with confidence.
2.When starting the engine, first activate the igniter, followed by spraying fuel for ignition. The ignition process should generally not exceed 30 seconds.
3.When lighting, turn down the auxiliary combustion air and wait until the fire is lit before gradually increasing it.
4.Fuel should be well atomized; poor atomization quality affects the ignition success rate.
5.Igniter should operate for 1 minute, then take a 3-minute break before reuse to avoid continuous long-term use.
6.The front end of this spark plug is a special structure; users cannot saw off a section of the ignition rod and use it.
