Section 3: Installation of Plasma Ignition Units
1.The explosion-proof box is mounted not far from the ignition point.Blast-proof boxes require waterproofing attention; cover them with waterproof and sunshade covers.
2.First, connect the high-voltage ignition cable to the plasma ignition box, then connect the plasma ignition gun. Supply the explosion-proof box with a 220V power source.
3.Press the 220V power switch button to turn on the power indicator light, manually ignite with the button; the plasma ignition gun automatically ignites at the front end.
4.The plasma ignition gun tip generates a plasma arc during operation, with an arc length of approximately 100mm, which can completely replace open flame.During operation, the plasma ignition gun must be grounded to its shell due to the high output voltage to prevent any unsafe incidents.。
5.Ignition rod installation (threaded connection) is quick and easy.Each section of the ignition rod bracket is adjustable in height after installation on-site; generally,1.5Meters (can be extended according to the buyer's requirements) Boilers do not require installation brackets on-site.
