Ignition Lever Instructions:

 I. Specifications

1.Front end material of the igniter rod: Kanthal high-temperature alloy; semiconductor high-temperature material

2.Ignition rod outer diameter standard Φ16 (also available in Φ12, Φ18, Φ20): Standard installation thread M18×1.0 (Also available in M18*1.5)

3.Ignition rod length, customizable according to customer requirements, short version 60mm, the long version can be segmented, all lengths available. 

 Section II: Installation and Wiring

Drill a hole larger than the corresponding diameter on the burner and machine a matching fit at the hole opening.Install the thread, screw the ignition rod in, and you're done. This ignition rod is a new design, requiring no adjustment of the sparking distance, and can withstand temperatures up to 1300℃ for long periods.

Ignition rod's firing end is installed 30mm in front of the burner nozzle.~50mm, smaller distance for gas burners, larger distance for oil burners.

Section 3: Usage

1.This ignition rod is designed for use with a high-energy ignition device. It connects one end of the ignition cable to the high-energy ignition device and the other end to the ignition rod, featuring a connection thread of M18*1.0. The firing end of the ignition rod is resistant to...Carbon buildup can still be ignited; therefore, users do not need to clean the ignition end during use and can operate with confidence.

2.Each ignition duration must not exceed 30 seconds, and the power supply to the ignition device should be turned off immediately after the flame is lit.

3.The front end of this ignition rod features a special structure; users cannot saw off a section and use it.
