2. Factory Tour
A. Understand the factory's basic information, including the factory building, number of employees, dormitories, etc.
B. Familiar with routes, aware of key points
3. Document and Record Inspection
A. Required documents and materials (such as child labor prohibition regulations, anti-discrimination policies, etc.)
B. Review records for the past 12 months, the last 3 months must comply with ICTI requirements.
4. On-site Inspection
A. Includes production workshops, warehouses, dormitory canteens, restrooms, and gate guards.
B. Focus on ICTI's Three Principles
C. Understand production status; record worker activities on-site
D. If necessary, photos may be taken
5. Worker Interview
A. Random Selection
B. Age questionable
C. Factory representatives are not allowed to attend; to be conducted in a private room
D. May be one-on-one or one-on-a-group
6. Final Meeting
Issue an interim report and decide whether to recommend
B. Issue formal report within 10 days
C. Appreciation for the factory's cooperation
