AVE Factory Audit Precautions Summary-AVE

Key Points to Note for Customer Factory Audits

The workshop must keep all kinds of reports, leave application forms, handover forms, and release permits organized and not leave them lying on the desk. All counting and dispatching must store the holiday reports and only the logbooks for regular working days should be placed on display.

The workshop computer can only be accessed with a public username (please note to shut down and restart the computer first).

All employees working with needles, such as mending and patching, must wear needle rings to protect their fingers on the same day; organize the needlework tool box properly; and all sharp tools like scissors and needles must be securely tied with strings.

Personal protective items must be worn on the body, such as: in the Cleaning Department – earplugs, masks, hats; in the Laundry Department – aprons, rubber boots, gloves, masks, and glasses.

Factory suspends attendance inquiries.

All protective equipment for machinery, such as film, wire rings, and shields, must be reinstalled on machinery without operators, and must be securely covered.

All new employees or assistants who have not undergone the "training" Q&A session will not start working on the day until the guests leave; or they must receive the "training" immediately.

The kitchen of the workers' canteen must maintain cleanliness; raw and cooked foods should be separated and cooked foods must be covered properly.

HR department, please prepare the leave application forms document for the client to review (remove any related holidays, Saturdays/Sundays, and office staff leave applications so that they are not visible to the client).

You must cooperate with matters regarding the personnel files and attendance records of minors.

The document regarding wages and working hours must be well-matched and detailed in content.
