1. Company Legitimacy: Customers verify the company's legitimacy and safety by reviewing documents such as the business license, tax registration certificate, and fire escape plans. 2. Child Labor and Minor Workers: Customers prohibit the company from employing children under the age of 16. They accept the hiring of minors aged 16 to under 18, but require official approval and active measures to ensure the physical and mental health of these minors.
3. Discrimination: The customer prohibits the company from having discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, and other aspects in hiring and promoting employees. Factory auditors typically review the personnel files of all current employees as well as the files of those who resigned in the past 6 months, along with their labor contracts.
4. Working Hours: The company must comply with local laws and regulations to ensure workers' rest time, with a minimum of one day off per week and no more than 60 hours worked per week. 5. Labor Compensation: Overtime pay for regular and legal holiday work must be paid at the rate specified by local law, and the monthly wage must not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. Customers usually review the attendance and wage payment records of employees for the past 3 or 12 months.
6. Disciplinary Measures: Customers do not accept any fines, beatings, or other disciplinary actions taken by the company against its employees, nor do they tolerate any forced labor practices by the company.
7. Health and Safety: The company must provide a safe working environment with necessary environmental protection measures and relevant permits. Specialized occupation employees must have corresponding operation certificates.
8. Counter-Terrorism: Both personnel movement and the flow of goods require not only appropriate procedures but also corresponding operational records. Physical security for the company must maintain records as per the client's requirements.
