Our province's enterprises are participating in the 15th China International Nuclear Power Industry Exhibition in a group.

April 26-28, 2023 - The 15th China International Nuclear Power Industry Exhibition, organized by the China Nuclear Energy Industry Association, was grandly held at the Beijing National Convention Center. The Department of Economy and Information Technology, on behalf of the Provincial Mechanical Industry Federation, organized the Dongfang Electric Corporation and ERZHI Equipment and other 9 domestic units to participate in the exhibition in a collective special display format, showcasing the development of Sichuan's nuclear power industry. Deputy Director Jing Maoming attended relevant activities.

This exhibition fully implements the spirit of the Party's 19th National Congress regarding "active, safe, and orderly development of nuclear power," featuring six major zones: international, central enterprises, local governments, small and medium-sized enterprises, thematic exhibitions, and promotional releases. The exhibition spans an area of 11,000 square meters. Over 200 renowned domestic and international enterprises, research institutions, and organizations from 10 countries and international organizations, including China, France, Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) Program, and the Generation IV International Forum (GIF), participated in the exhibition.

Sichuan is a major province in nuclear power equipment manufacturing, boasting a complete industrial chain for nuclear power equipment R&D and production. The China Nuclear Power Institute is a comprehensive nuclear power R&D base integrating scientific research, experiments, design, and small-scale production; Dongfang Electric Group has the capability to produce main and auxiliary equipment for nuclear islands and the R&D and production capacity for conventional islands; Erzhong Equipment holds a leading position in the manufacturing of nuclear main pipelines and large forgings for conventional islands/nuclear islands; China National Nuclear Corporation has the mass production capacity for nuclear fuel assemblies such as the "Hualong One" series; Jiajiang Nuclear Technology Industrial Park has established large-scale, diversified isotope reactors and production facilities. Sichuan Xinxianda, Chengdu Dongfang Instrument, Pengzhou Changqing Quancheng, and Aerospace Phoenix and other supporting companies have achieved a series of innovative results in nuclear instruments and nuclear industrial equipment.

At this exhibition, participating companies showcased their production and manufacturing capabilities, significant achievements, and key products, enhancing exchanges with peers both domestically and internationally, and reinforcing the resolve of local enterprises to unite and develop together.
