The CIT-3000SME Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer is a state-of-the-art, domestically leading all-element analytical instrument launched by Xinda Company. It utilizes a low-energy X-ray tube for excitation, features an advanced semiconductor electro-cooled detector for detection, and is designed with an upper-illuminated structure for vacuum measurement of powder samples.
