Light Steel Villa, also known as Light Steel Structure House, primarily consists of light steel studs made by cold rolling hot-dipped galvanized steel strips. With the support and combination of accessories, it provides reasonable bearing capacity to replace traditional houses. Due to its light steel structural bearing and particularly beautiful design, this new type of house is called a Light Steel Villa.
1. Basic System
Light-gauge steel structure houses are lightweight, about one-fifth the weight of brick and concrete structures, and about one-eighth the weight of reinforced concrete structures, thus significantly reducing the cost of foundation construction. The foundation for light-gauge steel structure houses typically uses strip foundations.

2. Wall System

Pipe lines can be arranged in the pre-drilled holes of wall, floor, and roof components, providing good concealment and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The wall is filled with glass fiber cotton, offering excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation, and soundproofing properties.

3. Floor System
The floor is composed of high-strength hot-dip galvanized C and U-shaped light steel members. The floor beams are arranged in a dense rib pattern at standard modular spacing. The floor beams are covered with structural boards that have undergone rigorous moisture and corrosion prevention, forming a robust and seismic-resistant floor system.
The structural board combined with the floor steel beam creates a solid and stable structure.

4. Roofing System
The trusses are assembled from various lightweight steel components, typically featuring triangular or T-shaped designs. They allow for easy and flexible creation of complex roof shapes. The roofs are generally clad with multicolored asphalt shingles, offering excellent waterproofing properties and highlighting both aesthetics and quality.
Composite roofing offers waterproof, weather-resistant, and heat-insulating features, enabling a wide variety of designs.

5. Structural Components
