Light Steel Villa, also known as Light Steel Structure Houses, primarily consists of light steel studs made by cold rolling hot-dipped galvanized steel strips. With the support and combination of accessories, it achieves reasonable bearing capacity to replace traditional houses. Due to its light steel structural bearing and particularly beautiful design, this new type of house is called a Light Steel Villa.
1. Basic System
Light steel frame houses are lightweight, weighing only about one-fifth of brick-and-concrete structures and one-eighth of reinforced concrete structures, thus significantly reducing foundation construction costs. Typically, the foundation for light steel frame houses uses strip foundations.
Lightweight steel frame structures have a low self-weight, significantly reducing the cost of foundation engineering.

2. Wall Systems

The interior space can be flexibly divided. Pipeline layouts can be arranged through pre-drilled holes in wall, floor, and roof components, ensuring good concealment and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The wall is filled with glass fiber cotton, offering excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation, and soundproofing properties.

3. Floor System
The floor is composed of high-strength galvanized C and U-shaped light steel components. The floor beams are arranged in a dense rib pattern with standard modular spacing. The structural board and floor steel beam combination provides a sturdy and stable construction.
