Light Steel Villa, also known as Light Steel Structure Houses, primarily consists of lightweight steel studs made from hot-dipped galvanized steel strips cold-rolled into shape. Supported and integrated with accessories, these studs provide reasonable bearing capacity to replace traditional housing. Due to its light steel structural support and especially graceful design, this new type of house is termed the Light Steel Villa.
1. Basic System
Light-gauge steel structure houses have a low self-weight, about one-fifth of brick and concrete structures and about one-eighth of reinforced concrete structures, thus significantly reducing the cost of foundation construction. The foundation for light-gauge steel structure houses usually only requires a strip foundation.
Lightweight steel frame structures have a low self-weight, significantly reducing the cost of foundation engineering.

2. Wall Systems
Exterior wall systems typically range between 120-200mm. Due to their thinness, lightweight steel frame houses can increase actual usable area by about 10%-15% compared to traditional houses, and indoor usable area by over 90%. The interior space can be flexibly partitioned. Pipe lines can be arranged in the pre-drilled holes of wall, floor, and roof components, offering good concealment and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The wall is filled with glass fiber cotton, offering excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation, and soundproofing properties.

3. Floor System
The floor is constructed with a combination of high-strength galvanized C and U-shaped light steel members. The floor beams are arranged in a dense rib pattern at standard modular spacing. The top of the floor beams is covered with structural boards that have been strictly moisture and corrosion-proofed, forming a sturdy and seismic-resistant floor system.
The structural board combined with the floor steel beam construction offers a sturdy and stable structure.

4. Roofing System
The trusses are assembled from various lightweight steel components, typically including triangular and T-shaped trusses. They offer ease and flexibility in achieving complex roof shapes. Generally, roofs are covered with multi-color asphalt shingles, which provide excellent waterproofing and highlight both aesthetics and quality.
Composite roofing features waterproofing, weather-resistant, and heat-insulating properties, allowing for a wide variety of styles.

5. Structural Components
All structural components are made of high-strength galvanized steel, ensuring the longevity of the building. Each component is precision cold-formed on a factory's mechanical assembly line, with dimensions accurate to the millimeter—unmatched by other structures.
