1.8.3 The material, cross-section, and manufacturing process of the neutral line are the same as those of the phase line. The equivalent cross-section of the neutral line should be equal to the equivalent cross-section of the phase line. 1.8.4 Equivalent cross-section of the grounding conductor
The cross-section should not be less than half of the phase line equivalent cross-sectional conductor to be grounded.
Insulation Material: 1.9
On September 1st, 1.9.1 Bus Insulation Medium Selection: Flame-retardant materials are used, achieving an insulation grade and heat resistance grade of A or above, capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 150℃ and low temperatures down to -60℃, and not releasing toxic gases during a fire.
The 1.9.2 insulation material utilizes a process of fully wrapping each phase copper busbar, resulting in an insulation aging life of over 30 years.
On September 1st, 2023, our product maintains its flexibility and dielectric strength under long-term exposure to environmental temperatures ranging from -5°C to 40°C without aging. The dielectric strength is ≥80KV/mm, and the tensile strength...
Bidder shall provide all relevant inspection reports for the insulating material.
1.10 Shell Material:
To ensure the strength, rigidity, and heat dissipation of the busbar channel, the outer side panels of the busbar channel system are equipped with heat-dissipating shells. Appropriate reports must be provided.
October 2nd: The new model adopts a fully enclosed design, featuring a compact structure, flexible configuration, and the ability to withstand internal and external force impacts.
The outer surface of the 10.3 groove should undergo anodizing treatment to achieve excellent corrosion resistance.
11. Other Performance Requirements
The connection requirements for solid copper conductors between busbars and transformers utilize soft connections, while the connection between low-voltage panels and busbars employ hard connections.
11.2 The busbar joints should be tin-plated or silver-plated to ensure good electrical contact performance. The contact between the joint conductors must be tin-to-tin to maintain low contact resistance.
November 3rd: Dense busbars must include solutions to prevent eddy currents and thermal stability issues caused by electromagnetic induction. Additionally, measures to reduce eddy current or hysteresis losses must be explained.

2. Corporate Qualifications and Relevant Testing Requirements
2.1 Manufacturers must provide samples of the straight sections and the first section of the connectors. The samples provided must match the actual products supplied.
2.2 Technical Qualification Documents Required by Manufacturers
Factory registered capital: 5 million RMB and above.
2.2.2 Qualification certificates and production licenses for dense low-voltage busbars.
2.2.3 Quality Certification System: Certified under the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification system or equivalent qualification.
2.3 At the rated current, the busbar trunking temperature rise must meet the requirements listed below, and a detailed temperature rise test report must be provided.
2.3.1 Under rated load condition, the temperature rise at any point within the busbar shall not exceed 55℃.
2.3.2 The shell temperature rise under rated load condition is ≤50℃
2.3.3 No point of the joint shall have a temperature rise of ≤55℃ under rated load conditions.
