It was originally issued by the Quality Supervision and Inspection Administration, now known as the Market Supervision Administration. Forklift licenses and driving permits are subject to a renewal every four years. You should apply for a renewal one month before the expiration date at the original issuance location or place of work. For the annual renewal of the forklift license, you will need to prepare a personal white background photo.2 copies of 2-inch photos, 1 copy of an ID card, and the original forklift certification; our training center, to meet the needs of a large number of students for forklift operation certification, driving permit review training, can be exempt from in-person attendance for learning and training. Certificate review does not require an exam, with fast issuance and nationwide network verification.
