With the rapid economic development and urbanization in our country, welding and gas cutting operations have become increasingly common in the construction, renovation, and environmental improvement of urban areas. During welding and cutting work, electric welding, gas welding, and gas cutting are commonly used; however, these firework operations, which involve high temperatures and pressures, are highly flammable and explosive. When performing these tasks on-site, a large number of sparks are produced, and hot metal sparks can fly everywhere, increasing the risk of fire or explosion accidents. The major fire incident at a teacher's apartment complex is a typical case that shows many workers have a very weak awareness of fire safety. Analyzing the causes of some major fires across the country, it is found that illegal welding and cutting operations are often the primary cause. These fire accidents have caused significant personnel伤亡 and property losses, and have had a severely negative impact on society. Especially for welders (cutters) on construction sites, ensuring safety is of utmost importance.

Arc welding converts electrical energy into the heat and mechanical energy required for the melting welding process. During arc welding, electrical equipment such as welding machines and the welding clamp are conductive. The process also generates hazards such as high temperatures, metal splatter, dust, and arc radiation. Therefore, if safety operating procedures are not strictly followed during welding and cutting operations, fires, explosions, electric shocks, and poisoning burns may occur. Potential accidents that may occur during the production process at the welding and cutting site.

Please note: Special Operations Certificate required.Individuals engaged in special operations across regions or those working in different regions can apply for a review with the assessment and certification authority of their place of operation or construction site, every three years.
 

Two: Registration Methods and Processing Period:

Students are welcome to enroll at any time.2. Processing time is typically 15-20 days.
2. Must be between the ages of 18-60, in good health, and have at least a junior high school education.
3. Two 1-inch color photos with a blue background, one copy of an ID card. (Electronic materials can be provided for registration, or a WeChat photo can be taken.)
