Cooling unit

Utilizing the counter-current cooling principle to cool high-temperature and high-humidity particles, it avoids direct contact between cold air and hot material, preventing sudden cooling and thus preventing cracking on the particle surface.

■ Utilizes a closed-vent feeder to prevent air leakage at the feeding port; features an adjustable conical spreading mechanism for even material distribution.

Octagonal type cooling bin, material is winded with no dead angles for better cooling effect; vibrating discharge mechanism for smooth and adjustable output speed, stable movement, no residue, and easy variety change without cleaning.

■ The finished product temperature after cooling shall not exceed room temperature by +3℃ to +5℃.
