1. The thickness of the feed equipment's ring mold is too thin, resulting in decreased strength.

2. The ring mold of the feed equipment was forcibly jammed by a hard object during operation (such as metal objects like bearing balls that fall into the granulation chamber).

3. The feed equipment roller die gap is adjusted too small.

4. Severe wear on the mold clamping surface may cause the ring clamp to not hold tightly or drop to the bottom, leading to damage to the flange.
