The reactor is composed of the pot body, pot cover, stirrer, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission device, shaft seal, oil overflow trough, etc., and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges.
Due to varying production processes and operational conditions among users, agitation is generally formed in anchor, paddle, turbine, propulsion, or box styles. The support bases come in either suspended or supporting types.
The jacket is filled with thermal oil, heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil intake, exhaust, overflow measurement, emptying, and connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with brackets, and the bottom of the pot has an outlet for discharging materials.
