Laser Image Locating Equipment Technical Specifications

BLIL is applicable for both straight and curved sections (can be continuously constructed for 100m at a curvature radius ≥1500m; when the curvature radius ≤1500m, the distance for equipment relocation will be accordingly shortened).

BLIL can provide linear designs (single-layer contour lines,掏槽, arch contour lines, alignment lines) and point spacing (40cm, 50cm, or custom intervals) in accordance with blasting design or arch construction requirements, thereby achieving predetermined blasting design and quality objectives. The output terminal can be connected to generate progress maps for tunnel construction at any stage.

3. Laser distance measurement at 150 meters differs by no more than 2 cm from total station measurement.

At 150 meters, the laser point brightness meets construction requirements.

Image light width (including light spot) at 80m ≦ 4cm, at 100m ≦ 4.5cm, at 150m ≦ 5.5cm with a deviation not exceeding 2cm.

6. The graphic accuracy is high, with graphics produced using BLIL. The full station measurement and verification of any point on the graphic show a deviation of no more than 3cm at a distance of 150m.
