The mixer should be placed on a flat surface, with wooden blocks supporting the front and rear axles to elevate the tires, preventing movement during operation.

2. Mixers should implement a two-level leakage protection. Before starting work, the power supply must be connected and carefully inspected. Only after a trial run with an empty mixer and it is deemed qualified can it be used. During the trial run, check if the mixer drum speed is appropriate. Generally, the empty drum speed should be slightly faster by 2 to 3 rotations than the loaded speed (after loading materials). If there is a significant difference, adjust the ratio between the driving wheel and the transmission wheel.

The drum's rotation direction should match the arrow indication; if not, correct the motor wiring.

4. Inspect the flexibility and reliability of the transmission clutch and brake, check for any damage in the wire rope, ensure the track pulleys are in good condition, look for obstructions in the vicinity, and assess the lubrication status of all components.

5. After powering on, frequently check if the mixer's components are operating normally. When shutting down, regularly inspect for bent blades, loose or fallen screws.

6. Upon completion of concrete mixing or when an extended break of over 1 hour is anticipated, in addition to emptying the remaining material, pour aggregates and clean water into the tumbler, start the machine, and agitate until the mortar adhered to the drum is thoroughly rinsed off and discharged. No standing water should be left in the drum to prevent rusting of the drum and blades. Additionally, clean the accumulated dust on the exterior of the mixing drum to maintain the mechanical cleanliness and integrity.

7. After work hours and during downtime, it is mandatory to pull the circuit breaker and lock the switch box to ensure safety.
