Feed Grinder User Instructions

1. The crushing machine should be mounted on a concrete foundation for long-term operation. If the working location is frequently changed, the crushing machine and motor should be installed on a frame made of angle iron. If the crushing machine is powered by diesel, ensure the power ratings match, with the diesel engine's power slightly exceeding that of the crushing machine. Also, align the pulley grooves of both and ensure the outer ends of the pulleys are on the same plane.

After the crushing machine is installed, check the tightness of all fasteners. If any are loose, they must be tightened.

3. Ensure the belt tension is appropriate, and that the motor shaft and the crusher shaft are parallel.

Before starting the shredder, first manually rotate the rotor to check if the teeth, hammers, and rotor move smoothly and reliably, if there are any collision phenomena inside the housing, if the rotation direction of the rotor matches the arrow direction on the machine, and if the motor and shredder are properly lubricated.

Do not arbitrarily change the belt pulley to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to excessive speed or from being too slow to affect work efficiency.

7. Always monitor the operation of the grinder during work, ensure a consistent feeding rate to prevent blockages and machine jams, and avoid prolonged overloading. Resolve the issues before resuming work.
