Analysis of Safety Measures During Chemical Equipment Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a sturdy, level workbench. The height of the workbench should be determined based on usage. There should be sufficient space around the equipment and the workbench (≥360cm) for installation and future maintenance.
Ensure the drive shaft is perpendicular to the horizontal ground surface during installation; the degree of non-perpendicularity (tilt) must not exceed 1/1000th of the total height of the equipment.
3. Equipment accessories, safety valves, and all process connections must be fitted according to the requirements of the reactor.
4. Upon completion of installation, inspect all connected components and transmission parts for firmness and reliability. Conduct air-tightness tests on all connecting pipes, pipe openings, seals, and the entire machine, ensuring there are no bubbles, splashes, drips, or leaks.
5. Prior to startup, inject 46# mechanical oil into the reducer. Remove the motor guard and manually rotate the fan blades to check for any jamming or stalling. Inspect for scraping against the tank walls by the agitator blades, and clean any debris inside the kettle before starting. After 30 minutes of idling with no abnormal noises or vibrations, the machine is ready for formal production. Additionally, change the reducer oil regularly based on production conditions.
