What is the working principle of a film setter?

The principle of pelletizers involves various types, but mainly they all process raw materials into pellets through specific technologies. Below are the working principles of several common types of pelletizers:

Drum Coating Machine: The machine forms a material film on the surface of a rotating drum by contacting the molten material in a feed pan with the cooled drum. Heat exchange occurs between the material film and the drum wall, cooling and crystallizing the film. The crystallized film is then scraped off by a blade, resulting in sheet-like products.

Electric Heating Sintering Machine: Converts electrical energy into heat through heating elements, raising the temperature of the heating plate or furnace. Materials are then placed on the heating plate, heated and subjected to pressure to reach a specific temperature, applying force to bond the materials and form sintered sheets.

Calcium Chloride Flake Machine: The calcium chloride crystals are placed into the feed port, transported to the heating area through a conveying device, softened and made easy to process at an appropriate temperature, and then pressed and cut into uniform flakes through special molds.
