Standard Chip-type Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors: Materials NPO, X5R, X7R, Y5V, Voltage Range: 6.3V~50V. Used in computers, hard drives, gaming PCs, DVD cameras, mobile phones, data processing; Compliant with RoHS, halogen-free standards.


Material Introduction:

※C0GThese medium material capacitors are classified as Type I capacitors, including standard C capacitors.0G(NPO) Products and HQ C0GProduct. This product boasts stable electrical properties, showing minimal variation with changes in temperature, voltage, and time. Temperature coefficient: ±30ppm/°C, Operating Temperature: -55°C to125Applicable to circuits requiring low loss and high stability, such as filters, resonators, and timing circuits.

X7R, X5R: These dielectric materials are type II capacitors, featuring a higher dielectric constant than type I capacitors, a larger capacitance, and more stable temperature characteristics. Temperature coefficient: ±15%Operating Temperature: X7R: -55℃~125℃,X5R:-55℃~85Wide capacity range, low stability requirement circuits, such as DC blocking, coupling, bypass, frequency discrimination, etc.

Y5V: This type of dielectric material capacitor is a Class II capacitor, which is the capacitor with the highest dielectric constant among all capacitors. However, its capacity stability is poor and it is sensitive to conditions such as temperature and voltage. Temperature coefficient: +22%~-82%Operating Temperature: -35°C to85Applicable to circuits requiring high capacity with minimal temperature variations.

C0G: Referencing EIA standards, the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, the temperature change is very small at -30PPM/°C.

NP0: Referenced from JIS Standard, Japan Industrial Standards Association, N:+ P:- 0: Almost 0 temperature change.

COG and NPO products can be considered the same; the only difference is the standard referenced.
