Traffic Signal Sensing Control System Based on Video Stream Analysis

The project leverages existing video streams to dynamically control traffic flow by analyzing the state changes between two steady-state grayscale levels. It directly selects low-resolution sub-code stream data to achieve video acquisition at a small resolution, thereby reducing the size of the data and alleviating the data processing burden on the video processing host.

The expert group unanimously believes that the project's achievements are overall at the leading level domestically within the industry.
