Our statically loaded probe, widely used in the geotechnical survey industry, is an in-situ testing machine. Its function is to press the probe (available in single-bridge and double-bridge configurations) into the soil layer, measuring the soil's penetration resistance with a resistance strain gauge or a static probe microcomputer.(Single Bridge)Or separately measure the cone tip resistance and side wall friction (double bridge), conduct mechanical stratification of soil layers, estimate the plastic state or compactness, strength, compressibility, foundation bearing capacity, single pile bearing capacity, pile driving resistance, and perform liquefaction discrimination. If equipped with a worm gear box and a cross-plate sensor (for cross-plate tests), it can also determine the undrained shear strength and sensitivity of saturated soft clay. The static probe micro-machine, compatible with the static probe machine, can automatically collect data on foundation soil, print data tables, graphs, friction ratios, and single pile bearing capacities, and can communicate with general-purpose microcomputers. Suitable for testing in soft soil, general clay, silt, sand, and soils containing a small amount of gravel. Especially applicable in the engineering survey industries of construction, highways, railways, bridges, water conservancy, and electricity. It offers advantages such as low cost, quick returns, and low labor intensity for operators.
