CLD-1 Static Penetration Tester

Our factory produces static cone penetration testers, widely used in-site testing equipment in the geotechnical engineering survey industry. Functions include: pressing the probe (single bridge or double bridge) into the soil layer, and measuring the soil's penetration resistance with a resistance strain gauge or static cone penetration microcomputer.(Single-span bridge)Or separately measure the tip resistance and side wall friction (dual beam), perform mechanical stratification of soil layers, estimate the plastic state or compaction, strength, compressibility, bearing capacity of the foundation, single pile bearing capacity, pile driving resistance, and conduct liquefaction discrimination. If equipped with a worm gear box and a cross-plate sensor (for cross-plate tests), it can also determine the undrained shear strength and sensitivity of saturated soft clay. The static probe micro-machine, compatible with the static probe machine, can automatically collect data from the soil beneath the foundation, print data tables, curve graphs, friction ratios, and single pile bearing capacities, and can communicate with general-purpose computers. Suitable for testing soft soil, general clay, silt, sand, and soils containing a small amount of gravel. Particularly applicable in engineering survey industries such as construction, highways, railways, bridges, water conservancy, and electricity. It boasts advantages such as low cost, quick returns, and low labor intensity for operators.
