Our statically loaded probe, widely used in the geotechnical survey industry, is an in-situ testing machine. Its functions include: pressing the probe (available in single-bridge and double-bridge models) into the soil layer, and measuring the soil's relative penetration resistance using a resistance strain gauge or a static probe microcomputer.(Single Bridge)Or individually measure the tip resistance and side wall friction force (double bridge), conduct mechanical stratification of soil layers, estimate the soil's plastic state or compactness, strength, compressibility, foundation bearing capacity, single pile bearing capacity, pile driving resistance, and perform liquefaction discrimination. If equipped with a worm gear box and a cross-plate sensor (for cross-plate tests), it can also determine the undrained shear strength and sensitivity of saturated soft clay. The static probe micro-machine, when paired with a static probe machine, can automatically collect data from the foundation soil, print data tables, curve graphs, friction ratios, and single pile bearing capacities, and can communicate with general-purpose computers. It is suitable for testing soft soil, general clay, silt, sand, and soil containing a small amount of gravel. It is particularly applicable in the engineering survey industries such as construction, highways, railways, bridges, water conservancy, and electricity. It boasts advantages such as low cost, rapid returns, and low labor intensity for operators.
