I. Main Applications

The DFB4/7.5 Coal-Mining Explosion-Proof Solenoid Valve (hereinafter referred to as the solenoid valve) is suitable for use in mines where the surrounding air contains coal dust, carbon dioxide, and other substances do not exceed the safe concentrations specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations." It can be used to control full open or full close in underground automatic systems and other pipelines, and is integrated with system control equipment to form a belt conveyor control system.

The solenoid valve should operate reliably under the following conditions:

a. Operating temperature: -10~+40℃

b. Average relative humidity not exceeding 95% at (+25℃);

c. Atmospheric Pressure: 80~106 KPa

d. Applications with no significant vibration or impact.

e. Coal dust and explosive mixtures are present in the underground coal mines, but there are no corrosive gases that can damage insulation.

This solenoid valve is divided into two parts: the upper valve body and the lower valve seat. The upper valve body is cylindrical in structure and contains a solenoid inside, serving as the power source to control the opening and closing of the valve. The lower valve seat has a water guide valve opening and filter components, among which the filter effectively blocks harmful impurities with a diameter larger than 1mm, thereby preventing clogging of the nozzle and reducing the labor intensity for miners. Its working principle is as follows: when not powered, the valve core is in its initial state with the water guide valve opening closed and water cannot flow. Upon powering, the solenoid, under the effect of electromagnetic induction, generates sufficient thrust to overcome the water pressure, causing the valve core to disengage from the water valve opening, allowing water to flow. This solenoid valve is used for controlling full open and full close in pipeline systems for water, oil, emulsions, and liquids with low viscosity and no suspended particles.

a. Rated Voltage: Shall comply with Article 4.6 of MT/T715-1997, details are shown in Table 1.

b. Voltage Adaptability Range: The product can operate normally with the supply voltage fluctuating between 80% to 120% of the rated voltage.

c. Sealing: No leakage under 1.1 times the high water pressure.

d. The nominal bore size of the solenoid valve, the water pressure adaptation range, and the external outlet pipeline dimensions should comply with Article 4.5 of MT/T715-1997, as specified in Table 2.
