I. Main Applications

The GUJ25 Coal Pile Sensor (hereinafter referred to as the Coal Pile Sensor) is suitable for environments with explosive hazards such as coal dust in coal mines, for monitoring material blockages at unloading and transfer points, as well as the material level in intermediate coal bins. It is designed to be connected to intrinsically safe systems for signal control, "used in circuits that have passed intrinsically safe inspections." When the Coal Pile Sensor detects a coal pile signal, the belt conveyor will emit a signal to control power-off and stop. The Coal Pile Sensor can also be used in non-explosive locations on the ground, such as steel mills, cement plants, power plants, ports, and docks, where belt conveyors are present.

The coal stack sensor should operate reliably under the following conditions:

a. Environmental temperature: -10～+40℃

b. Average relative humidity not exceeding 95% (+25℃).

c. Atmospheric Pressure: 80～106 KPa

d. Applications with no significant vibration or shock.

e. In environments where there is no severe dripping, pooling, or corrosive gases that damage insulation.

f. Working in environments with explosive mixtures of methane and coal dust underground in coal mines.
