    FGThe series of boiling dryers offers multiple functions including mixing and drying.FGSeries boiling dryers are mainly used for drying powders or granular materials in industries such as food and chemicals.

    The沸腾drier utilizes filtered clean air, which is heated through a heat exchanger, to raise the air temperature to a certain level. It then enters the main separator, where it is distributed through valve plates into the drier. Materials are introduced into the drier via a feed hopper. Due to the force of the air, the materials form a bubbling state within the drier. The hot air extensively contacts the materials, enhancing the heat and mass transfer processes, promoting the evaporation and separation of moisture from the materials in a shorter time. This equipment typically operates under a vacuum.
