Product Introduction

This product can indirectly heat or cool pasty, granular, powdered, and paste-like materials, capable of performing unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The special mixing and heat transfer disc in the equipment boasts high heat transfer efficiency and an auto-cleaning heat transfer surface.

 

Working Principle:

Sludge is fed into the dryer through the feed opening, with the working medium flowing between the outer shell and the hollow shaft within the machine.CShell type jacket, hollow shaft, and hollow disk plates welded to the shaft transfer heat. The sludge is indirectly heated and dried, and the steam produced accumulates in the dome of the dryer, being carried out of the dryer by the conveying gas. The hollow disk plates are basically perpendicular to the shaft, propelled through the slots on the plates./The agitator's function is to stir and propel sludge, continuously refreshing the drying surface to achieve the drying purpose. Indirect heating with steam accelerates moisture evaporation through stirring the material, facilitating the drying process.，Suitable for both semi-drying and full drying processes of materials.
