I. Working Principle
The vacuum耙式drier is mainly composed of the housing, rotating shaft, and rake teeth. The rake dryer operates under vacuum, first adding wet material to the dryer, then introducing heating medium (usually steam or hot water; thermal oil can also be used) into the jacket. Subsequently, the vacuum pump is activated, and once the specified vacuum level is achieved, the agitator is turned on. The forward and reverse rotation of the rakes continuously pushes the material towards the center and ends during the drying process.
