After wet material is added to the dryer, the material is uniformly distributed and dispersed inside the drum by the agitator, and it is in full contact with the hot air (either concurrent or countercurrent) to accelerate heat transfer and mass transfer. During the drying process, under the action of the inclined agitator and hot air stream, the material can be controllably moved to the star discharge valve at the other end of the dryer to discharge the finished product.

    Suitable for chemical industry, large particle and heavy material drying in mining, metallurgy, and other industries, such as ore, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powder, phosphate fertilizer, and ammonium sulfate. Drying of powdery or granular materials with special requirements. Such as:HPFoaming agent, distiller's grains, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite. Requires low-temperature drying and a large volume of continuous drying materials.
