The drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four roller wheels, and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank pendulum mechanism, which is mounted on the machine frame. Technical Description: 2D Blending Machine

   The two-axis motion hybrid mixer, driven by double arms, consists of a hopper, upper frame (oscillating bed), lower frame, rotating mechanism, swinging mechanism, and electrical equipment.

   Material drums and all exposed parts are made of stainless steel, with full welding inside and outside at the drum area. The workbench with both inner and outer polishing is made of anti-slip patterned board, with the equipment support... Outsource galvanized steel painting.

The rotating mechanism is located inside the upper frame, powered by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer for transmission. During operation, the reducer drives the drive shaft via sprockets and chains, which then rotates the hopper through the driven wheel.

   The oscillating mechanism is located within the lower frame, with transmission via a cycloidal pinion reducer or worm reducer. During operation, the motor transmits power to the reducer through a belt pulley or chain wheel, which then oscillates the upper frame via a double rod assembly, causing the material cylinder to swing at a certain angle.   While in operation, under the combined action of the rotating and oscillating mechanisms, the feeding cylinder rotates while also oscillating, thereby ensuring thorough mixing of the material inside. The mixing time for each batch is approximately15-20minCompletely and evenly mixed.
