LDHNew犁刀式混合机(ABBREVIATED AS犁刀式混合机)LDHA type mixer (Model: Mixer) is a novel mixing equipment widely used in industries such as chemicals, feed, feed additives, dyes, pigments, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, construction, friction discs, and plastics.-Solid (two solid materials) mixing, solid-Liquid (i.e., adding a small amount of liquid to the powder) mixing, wet granulation, drying, and other composite processes. LDH-Structure Features of Plow Knife Mixed Model:

  LDH-The plow knife mixer is mainly composed of the transmission part, horizontal cylinder, plow knife group shaft, flying knife group, discharge valve, and spray device, etc.

◆Transmission Section:

Transmitted from the main motor and reducer to the plow blade assembly shaft.

◆Horizontal Simple Type

Horizontal simplified material handling unit, featuring an inlet, observation port, and a material cleaning door on one side of the simplified body.

Plow Blade Assembly Axle

The blade is arranged according to the volume size, mounted on the main shaft, and creates a circular turbulent flow within the cylinder to mix the material.

◆ Fly刀Set

The auxiliary motor is directly connected to each set, featuring different-sized data blades with strong, high-speed blades that provide a powerful shearing and dispersing action.

◆ Outflow Valve:

Simplified bottom installation for material placement.

◆ Spray Device: (Optional)

The spray device is located at the top of the cylinder, composed of pipe fittings and nozzle components, which are fixed and evenly distributed for spraying.

Operating Principle:

 

Once the mixer is started, the tiller is rotated by the tiller shaft, causing the material to turbulent circulate along the radial direction of the drum and simultaneously ejected outward along the normal direction to the sides of the tiller. As the ejected and turbulent material flows through the fly knife assembly, it is rapidly and powerfully scattered by the high-speed rotating blades. Under the combined action of the tiller and fly knives mentioned above, the material continuously overlaps and diffuses, achieving uniform mixing in a short period with high mixing accuracy.
