Stainless Steel Reactor


Our factory produces stainless steel reaction vessels (electric, steam, or thermal oil heated) consisting of a lid, body, jacket, agitator, shaft seal drive unit, and support. The vessel body and components in contact with the pot material are made of OCr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti acid-resistant stainless steel plates.

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, jacketed heating types include electric rod heating, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. Axial seal devices are available in packed and mechanical seal options. Agitation types include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame styles. Hole quantities, sizes, or other requirements can be customized according to customer specifications.
