Fermentation Vessel Series

Our designed fermentation tanks are of the standard type. For tanks with a nominal volume of 6M3 or less, a jacketed design is used. The cooling or heating of the fermentation gas is accomplished through the jacket. For tanks with a nominal volume above 6M3, the cooling of the fermentation gas is handled by vertical piping, and we have made improvements in the piping connections within the tank. This design primarily avoids unnecessary holes and dead corners on the tank body, resulting in satisfactory performance in actual use.

Fermentation equipment tanks are divided into two main categories: one is the cone-shaped tank for anaerobic fermentation (such as alcohol fermentation), and the other is the tank for aerobic fermentation (such as standard, Wu, self-priming, etc.). The standard tank is the most commonly used in this type of equipment. The design series of our factory's fermentation tanks is of the standard tank type. When designing various specifications of fermentation equipment, we ensure a tight design structure with sufficient strength and service life, striving for minimal internal accessories and a smooth surface. We pay attention to good air contact and steam-stirred mixing performance to enable effective mass transfer and gas exchange. The equipment features a heat exchange area to allow fermentation to occur at an appropriate temperature. We prioritize the equipment's sealing performance to ensure sterilization operations.
