Vacuum Concentrated Crystallization Pot


The entire equipment is divided into four main parts: the heating evaporation chamber, the heating jacket, the vapor-liquid separator, and the agitator.

The equipment's contacting parts are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The heating evaporation chamber, resembling a cylindrical shell, is manufactured in two sections of different thicknesses for ease of installation and maintenance, and is connected with flanges. The bottom can be machined into hemispherical, disc-shaped, or conical shapes on the vessel body. Both upper and lower cylindrical sections are equipped with sight glasses to observe the boiling state of the solution, the height of foam entrainment, the concentration of the solution, the size and distribution of crystals, etc. The pot's manhole is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The lower part of the pot is fitted with a heating jacket, with its height determined by the calculated area required for evaporation.

Agitators are currently predominantly of the anchor type, with speeds ranging from 6 to 15 RPM. The installation of the agitator is currently done with a bottom shaft, which allows for a shorter shaft length and easier installation and maintenance.
