This unit is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the food, light industry, and chemical industries. It is also applicable for the distillation of other solvents like methanol. According to the user's requirements, it can distill dilute alcohol around 30℃ to 90℃-95℃ alcohol. The higher the finished product's alcohol content requirement, the greater the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield will correspondingly decrease. The W-type can also be used for the distillation of methanol. The W-type is batch process, while the ZW-type is continuous.
