Filling Tower


The separation performance of a packed tower depends on its internals, such as packing, distributors, and collectors. It is also influenced by various parameters, including gas and liquid loads, material properties, operating pressure, packing wettability, and uneven liquid distribution, among others. To date, the separation performance of the tower cannot be accurately calculated based on the geometric shape of the packing, and it requires determination through theoretical analysis of the packed tower and experimental towers under different conditions. Users can determine the tower size and required packing height based on the available information to a certain degree of approximation. If an economical and reasonable structural design is needed, our factory is willing to closely cooperate with the customer.
