The quay crane is a commonly used lifting equipment for handling breakbulk or general cargo装卸 at ports, docks, warehouses, stacks, or within industrial areas, also known as a quay crane. The equipment consists mainly of the power unit and the support structure. We have previously introduced the structure of the power unit, so now let's discuss the structure of the support part.
The pier crane consists of a main column and a rotating arm, made up of screw threads, jack nuts, and upright rods. The rotating arm can rotate 360 degrees on the main column and is equipped with a limit switch at the end to prevent overhoisting accidents due to operation errors or button malfunctions. The operation button starter can reverse the motor's direction, allowing the wire rope to be wound or released, and the lifting or lowering of objects is completed through the pulley part of the bracket.
